We travelled from Vadodara to Mumbai by Neeta Volvo bus GJ-03-BV-4443 on 14/12/2018.Bus was to drop us @ Goregaon Highway but road was blocked for some reasons & bus took route via Thane.
When asked on Ph# given, they told to talk to head office ofwhich Ph# was not given. Bus Operator must wait or make passengers to reach their destinations.

This agency provides cab service but they are Very unprofessional. I missed my train twice due to these crooks in spite of having done the booking 24 hrs before. And best is that if they can't provide you the service or if the driver is stuck somewhere they would not even tell you that you can arrange some alternatives. In my case they coolly said that "the cab had gone to your place but since nobody was available it came back". Owners name is some Kashinath, his son operates the cab service and it is good for nothing.
