The plot of land in between KG Marg and Barakhamba Road..behind all the multi story buildings is lying under construction from the last 10/12 years....a multi story parking proposed 15 years back....not only still has to start construction..... but the plot of land which was being used for level parking....has also been dug up and lying unusable since 10/12 years...

reflect very badly on NDMC...which otherwise in many other services is exemplary....
