Be careful with this developer! They take advance monies and do not intent to even commence construction. Have fleeced numerous unsuspecting customers including us. Taken advance 3 years ago but do not have permit even for basic construction amenities. They are really cash strapped to refund money to anyone. Have filed a suit against them.
