I have already sent a mail on this. As per me it is even worse that a single star because terrible means there is something. I agree with comment of Mr. Briejsh G., albeit with a small modification. It is not pretty much non-existent it simply does not exist.

The staff is rather lackadaisical regarding their duties. Even though I have not personally come across any case of seeking favours of various kinds, I have heard about it from RWA members who have to deal with them.
This attitudinal problem is across all government employees in Greater NOIDA.
