Sir, I am commenting in particular with ref to Sects 62 and 63 NOIDA. Garbage is visible everywhere and the bigger dumps are invaded by animals for feeding and by humans for picking plastics etc. Kabaris prosper based on this.Roadside eateries and hawkers are major contributors to this phenomena .Conservancy staff makes an extra buck from them.When brooms are used they merely throw up dust.Due to scattered garbage water logging ,mosquito and fly menace has increased. At a personal level I speak to parents of school going children who stand around these heaps to see off and receive their wards . Act , act and act.In return I am met with stony glares.In the block markets, the condition is pathetic. Issue remains there is a disconnect between citizens,municipality and medical authorities.As for CSR ,just see the choked and over flowing drains around Fortis hospital.Time to wake up and act collectively.

1. In Sector 31, A Block, Noida, Garbage is scattered on the Road near Garbage House and Dogs, Cows etc and Rag Pickers keep roaming around the Garbage house.

It is not safe for Residents, Animals and Even Ragpickers. Authority must take note of it and should attend to safe collection of Garbage;

2. Garbage Collection should be done late nights or early mornings around 5pm in Summers and 6pm in winters and Garbage House must be thoroughly cleaned before 7am by the time children start for schools.

Extremely erratic in Chittaranjan Park; sometimes not collected for days. Whatever is done is done quite unprofessionally - with little supervision. Even the work of safai karamcharis is poor inside the colony, with some inner roads not being cleaned for days and even weeks Some safai karamacharis are not seen at all for days on end. Again thee is no monitoring or supervision of their work - and zero accountability!

Noida Authority has no interest to control the deteriorating garbage management, there is no proper system of garbage disposal, cleaning staff don't do the work there is no supervision of their work. Now is the time that we citizen should rise against the Authority's inefficiency and complete mismanagement of garbage collection and its proper disposal. Noida city has open garbage system as you see garbage everywhere on roadsides, parks empty plots and it is increasing pollution and spreading diseases. The corrupt Noida authority officials are eating away the tax payers money without giving us the basic civic facilities like proper functional dustbins on roadsides so that we don't get to see open garbage. These dustbins should also have bin bags so that sweepers find it easy to remove them. We as citizen also have duty not to litter around except throwing garbage in bins if they exist on roadside. We also need to reduce garbage by segregating biodegradable from non biodegradable. Biodegradable (kitchen waste or green garbage) can be used for composting and non biodegradable can go for recycling. I have started doing it at home, earlier from our house everyday we used to give one bag full of garbage to collection boy now we use kitchen garbage for composting and rest plastic and paper collect in separate bin goes out of the house once a week only while earlier we were giving garbage bag everyday. Reducing garbage by using it for multipurpose will help reduce Municipal Solid waste which is multiplying due to population increase and becoming unmanageable for civic bodies. Another good solution would be to mechanized the system of garbage collection and disposal as somebody here suggested using incinerators to reduce garbage. Another big problem in Noida is that city is constantly dug up to lay pipes or cables and holes are never filled up properly and mud stones etc remain around those dug up areas causing air pollution which is giving rise to many bronchial diseases. Our civic bodies are enjoying at the cost of public health.
