Noida Authority functioning is deteriorating day by day. There is no focus on Cleanliness. Swachh Bharat Mission is taken for a ride by this authority. There is huge corruption. As an example, they 'beautified' the Shahdara Drain which passes through Sector 50 and then near 78/79 to Bhangel and goes further. On one end, this so-called beautification was going on near Bhangel and on the other end (where it was just finished) they were breaking it as the NMRC Metro Line was going to be built there. Corruption in plain sight. Why did they be 'beautifying' it when they knew this is going to be broken as NMRC related construction was going to take place at the same time? Roads situation is deteriorating and is getting worse. In Sector 50 from where this drain passes, there is a long pending demand to cover this Shahdara drain/Nullah but there is no focus of Authority on this. Our Electrical equipment gets affected by the Gas emitted from Nullah let alone the breathing issue. Nobody is bothered. Road conditions in a part of Sector 50 are worst. In fact, if you see one section of road in Sec 50 you may find another corruption whereby one side of the road is not there but it seems they made some portion to get the money for 4 lanes (and effectively built 2 lanes).

Roads cleaning is NON-EXISTENT in Noida.

Poor performance. No one in the senior hierarchy seems to be responsible and accountable for the mess that Noida is in. Cleanliness is far from what it needs to be. Noida has now a new CEO and it is hoped that she maybe able to set things right, as she has a good background from her work in Ghaziabad. But the main thing is that it is not only the CEO or other senior officials, but also the lower levels of officials including clerical cadres who have to do their wok properly.
I have yet to see any official of Noida going around with a team of his people to inspect areas by surprise, even in well know sectors like Sec-18 or 28, which markets are full of filth.

There is lot corruption and very poor cleanliness standards.
