Only a few days back there was a need to replace a broken cover of a sewer chamber out side my house. It was replaced by repeated visits to an officer in charge of the job. But, thereafter the junior staff on ground who carry out the job had been pestering to pay him money without any receipt for the same. I wonder how a junior staff could have guts to do that.

It is pathetic

Nobody take care of the common passages surrounding the Golf course metro station and Ambedkar Vihar.
