This exercise was not going to be easy as this kind of thing at this scale and urgency was never done before. Yes, there was some struggle but I think it was true for everybody, citizens, government, doctors/nurses, etc. So keeping the effort of everybody in mind I will consider this issue as minor and will rate the work as 5 stars.
