Noida Police

I would disagree that traffic police is absent in Noida. They are very much present, not to maintain traffic, bu to earn money. You will never see them at spots where they are required i.e. managing traffic, yes you would see them stopping cars and extracting money.

Even police is quite dangerously funny. My friend's car got stolen from Sector 119. The police shows them the photo this might be the guy who would have taken the car and he has done many such incidents. Police post is few hundred meters from the spot of incident.

Actually citizen should have power to prosecute them when they are fund guilty, but the lack of will is there everywhere.

I think the Traffic Control in Noida as a City is worst in the whole world. In front of the Traffic police the people are crossing Red Light and some people are also moving in opposite direction in the Road. Buses and Autos do not care the police. In Sector-62, this things are happening every day. The same people when they cross the border for Delhi they maintain Traffic rules. The people know very well that in Noida No traffic police can challenge. Further, in Sector -18 it is horrible. No body is able to walk freely. It is suggested No vehicle should be allowed in Sector-18 Market area and all roads towards the market should closed by putting Steel Bars.

Traffic condition in Atta/Sec18 is terrific. buses should not be plying on that route...

Traffic Police is not fit for control. Buses and cars with non-transparent glasses and pressure horns openly flout the rules. No body cares. See Atta/Sec-18 to verify.
