This Nokia care Franchisee is a cheat. They are supplying fraud products and taking the actual amount. When you go there again with the same problem, they will say that the product put before is not a genuine product & hence you will be charged again. But there is no guarantee

My Microsoft Nokia Lumia 530 Dual SIM mobile given on 08 April 22015 for repair of defects developed during warranty was kept by NCC till 04 July 22015 unrepaired & returned without repair saying that som part was broken inside making warranty void without giving inspection report and estimates. Defect was not informed within 10 days of accepting the phone for repairs on 08/04/2015
