WE ARE RECEIVING AN EXCELLENT WATER AND POWER SUPPLY IN OUR AREA IN PASCHIM VIHAR EXCEPT FEW POWER CUTS ONE OR MAXIMUM TWO FOR FEW MINUTES IN A DAY.

DJB is the entity responsible in our area i.e; Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar. The pressure is low and water hardly rises to the first floor. Needs to be improved.

Water supply in our locality has improved . Water meters should be standardized and provided
by Delhi Jal board for assessing accurate and comparative water consumption .

Water supply has improved a lot. Pl continue to pre inform users by sms on registered mobile when ever water supply is closed for repairs with clear message.

The Delhi Jal Board is responsible for water supply. In our locality, the water meters are very old and in most cases, meters are blocked/stopped. DJB is charging on AVERAGE CONSUMPTION of the locality. DJB should be asked to replace blocked/stopped meters immediately and recover water charges as per ACTUAL CONSUMPTION. It is the responsibility of the service provider
to provide meters and recover charges as per actual consumption of the residents.
