We find Ola is giving better service than any other service provider because i travel a lot and it is very difficult to find such service in other places and land up paying extra even for very small distance.

Ola has become a worst customer service provider by telling people that small cabs are not available and over charging during peak hours. They are cheating people. So please don't use their services. Wake up people.

Their service is very poor. I purchased Moto G3 in August 2015. It worked fine until November. Afterward it is giving continuous problems and is still in the service centre. They are not willing to replace the set even though it is not working.
