My Microsoft Nokia Lumia 530 Dual SIM mobile given on 08 April 22015 for repair of defects developed during warranty was kept by NCC till 04 July 22015 unrepaired & returned without repair saying that som part was broken inside making warranty void without giving inspection report and estimates. Defect was not informed within 10 days of accepting the phone for repairs on 08/04/2015

I had bought a Phillips in-ear earphone from Amazon India which had a warranty of 6 months. However it became non-functional within a month. Amazon informed me to visit the service centre. However, the service centre people simply skipped a month and didn't even inform me about the arrival of earphones at the service centre. I had to repeatedly call them to get the information about the same. However, they replaced it with an overpriced model asking for rs. 300 but with a bill saying it's an improved model than the previous one. Amazon India did refund the same when I informed me about it. Again it became non-functional after a month. They first denied replacement but took to replace it after asking for a letter of denial only. They again skipped a month to replace the product. Customer service over the phone said it is a logistics problem. But I don't believe it. Eventually the second replaced item became non-functional and I was only able to use the product for only 2 months in total. Please look into it that people don't buy this stuff.

I organised a birthday party of my grandson at this outlet and ordered a package of burgers and other items.
The party was for tiny tots. Some of us including me, had severe food poisoning after the said party because they served old food stuff. It was mixed with the new ones.
I lodged compalints with them, and through other avenues including local media. I stay at Hyderabad and hence could not physically go there often. The news of Maggi was going on and I do not know as to why, nothing ahs been done by any agency to bring them to book.
I caution all the customers to be very careful consuming anything from such outlets because they care too hoots for the health of the public.

This shop is one of the good shop for kids toys and gift items. He has almost all latest type toys (except high price range) and variety of them. I would recommend his shop for buying toys. I recently bought "Pitcher" which shoots ball and player has to hit that ball, just like cricket net practice. After first time use, it was broken, seems toy could not afford my weight to push button but shopkeeper replaced it from company with additional 100 Rs. Worth for me. Shopkeeper name is Chandra Bhan.
