I am not sure if any thought has been given how to handle payment failures, because there is no provision to retry the failed payment and the order is automatically converted to COD. This may not suit and there is no provision to cancel the order either. It the past four bookings I managed to pay online successfully only once and the three occasions the payment failure was due to the system getting timed out

Idea is good. There seems already some hiccups in Adhar integration and transferring subsidy to customer bank account.

Total Gas. There is a private gas agency named as total gas having link as http://www.total.co.in/. In cylinder there was sand around 1 KG and Gas agency was not booking complaint also. It was very frustrating that nobody was booking complaint.
