A complaint received suggest the company having poor after sales services. The mobile set was given to their service centre on 13th July 2016 and till date (11th August 2016) there is no trace. The company has not even cared to respond to the email escalations despite reminders. A visit to some of the public domain indicates more or less similar views. The main points are poor quality and poor after sales services. This suggest consumers to be careful in case deciding before purchase

Internet connection is very erratic and goes off often during downloading. Have complained to local Airton office several times but they say nothing can be done. What happened to the loud claim by Airtel ads. which claimed that customers can inform and get better updated net service. Hollow ads.just for publicity.

The Sony mobiles / smartphones has a very high rate of manufacturing defects. It being sold through various franchises and the OEM showrooms and it shows up issues within a month - dead mobile, quick over-heating, very low audio output, the software hang-up etc. One can do google search for Sony Mobile complaints and thousands of complaints will be listed.

Instead of replacing the faulty set, the OEM has the policy of repairing/re-conditioning the set. Hence, purchase of Sony sets (China Production) may be avoided.
