OFB's transfer policy is bad. they have posted one clothing technologist from kanpur to hard core mechanical factory Gun and Shell Factory. He was given Admin, then he moved to the Member in OFB and got him posted in Purchase.
Another officer is posted to Jabalpur, now fielding for the post of Director/Vigilance in OFB. Godfather of both the officer is same..... that Member.
Another officer in Vigilance/ OFB has deep routed himself for more than 3 years....whereas posting in CVO is a tenure posting of 3 years.

train no 13054 routed through Suri-Saithia-Burdwan-Bdandel-Howrah. and passenger traveling by this train is very minimum. because it reach late at HWH, and no stoppage at BDC station.
If this train can routed through Suri-Durgapore-Burdwan-Bandel-How, then passer can utilize train properly. at this time there is no railway communication from Siuri to Durgapore.

there is policy of transfer from 2008 onwards, what was never followed. there is always nepotism and castism in Ordnance factory board in transfer/promotion. those who are in Hard Station are there for good as if they will never retire.
