train from Bandra to gorakhpur..Awadh express..you see each every class ...toilets and lobby are worst..very bad smell through out compartment..and full of unreserved passengers travelling in reserved coaches in presence of RPF and Ticket checkers..whae we say to him'sir,this reserved compartment how you allow them"

Train No: 12592 from Banglore/yashwanthpur to Gorakhpur the Sleeper Coaches toilets are unhygienic and no water from Secunderabad to Gorakhpur. Inspite of sending SMS no action.

Railway minister and board must travel in second class and unreserved coaches to know the reality of trains. IRCTC is interested to earn money thru tatkal and premium tatkal but not bothered to improve the basic requirements to passengers by providing quality food, beverages, water and sanitation

Long distance train passengers find it difficult to get hot water during travel from the pantry cars,required for preparing baby feeds for their children as they have to grease the palms of the pantry car staff every time they approach for hot water.

Chennai- Tiruvanthapuram- Chennai mail and Express trains sets are one of the very poorly maintained ones. All the sleeper coaches are full of dirt and toilets do not have water for more than 6 hours of commencement of journey from either end and as the train stops for a maximum of 5 minutes only on any station, watering is also not possible making the compartment stink. In the washrooms, the taps and flush do not work or are placed at inconvenient location forcing passengers to carry water bottles into the washroom.
The lights and fans do not work and during rains the compartment gets flooded.
The IRTCTC and other private catering fellows are unclean and foot handling is terrible. Do not talk hygiene to them. Their dictionary do not have any meaning for this. They sell water bottles at Rs 20/- for a liter and when questioned they argue. I had to threaten them that I will complain and then only I could get at the prescribed Rs 15/-.
During the Sabarimala season every month, each compartment will have about 90 passengers against the rated 72 and TTE will be seen only from Chennai to Katpadi on the up direction and from Kottayam to Palakkad on the return.
Early mornings are nightmare for passenger With Tea vendors and Leather bag/purse vendors ridly waking up the passengers at 4-30/5 am.
