OBC is operating in sector 8 Faridabad it can not be denied that they are rendering services to people of other nearby sectors . But other sectors like 7, 6, 9,10 are also having bank and as such OBC is the only bank to cater needs of all above stated sectors is not accepted. The way in which development of sector 8 and other sector taken place faster and ff deployment may be scanty may lead to poor service. This plea is not justified as during demonetisation staff working in Administrative offices was deployed in branches by various banks so as to provide services to people at large

The bank services have gone progressively downhill and presently does not care for the mass segment and least for the poorest sections. The scenes at the bank post demonisation is chaotic with the staff ensconced behind flimsy counters their backs to the wall. Both atms which worked periodically are out of order with no possibility of working again. There is no senior management team to guide the customers and no cash handed out last many days.
