As stated the company offers services as payment solutions provider specifically for mobile phone recharges and post paid mobile phone bills. Many of the users have been stating that the payment gets deducted from their account at the time of making payment and is not getting credited to the merchants. The payment is not getting refunded. One of the public domain indicates 367 complaints being received out of which only 136 complaints have been resolved. This reflects poor complaint response system. Phone number shown on their website is also different what other public domain indicates. The company provides refund within 7 days as stated in the refund policy as " If in a transaction performed by you on the Site, money has been charged to your Oxigen wallet, credit/debit card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within two hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address as mentioned. Oxigen Wallet shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was charged to your Oxigen wallet, credit/debit card or bank account without delivery of the recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to your Oxigen Wallet account." However the complaint suggest otherwise.
