RIDDHI PAUL, As a conscious citizen of India - I would like to draw your kind attention to the poor pay structure of the teachers of private schools specially the missionary schools in Assam. I have observed the pay structure of Missionary schools of Assam where there is no basic scales maintained nor they have CPF, no HRA, very negligible amount of Medical allowance. Sir, these Missionary schools are imparting very good education but why so poor pay structure, how can the teachers run their family with such a petty amount wheras the fee structure of the students is sufficent enough to pay a good salary to teachers. These teachers toil day and night to give good education. Please look into this matter. School teachers must have handsome salary whether in Govt. sector or private otherwise how can our country will develop in the field
of education where we consider teachers are the backbone of educational scenerio. Sir, we look forward for your intervention into this as we expect this from present Govt. The lump sum amount of teachers salary has been going on since last 30 to 35 yrs.

We can ensure better data collection, planning, subsidy development, strategy, utilization, to collect analytics and out-reach data.
