One of public domain has indicated company to be responsive to just 20% of the complaints. Most of the complaints are poor quality of material, material not being supplied what is ordered, non-replacement and refund. The company keep pressurising for giving store credit instead of refund. A complaint followed closely indicated that the company has deducted Rs. 150/- for refund oon account of defective goods. Rs. 50/- was for courrier charges and Rs. 100/- for processing fee for refunding the payment instead of store credits. The deduction of Rs. 100/- as processing is unethical business ad is not understandable or even justifiable.
