Pizza Hut

We have been visiting this restaurant for years. Lately, especially after introducing 10% service charge, their service levels have gone down considerably. On April 24 (Sun), we visited and ordered. First menu item delivered even before placement of plates and cutlery. Then the bearer came to place plates and cutlery, but gave only 3 napkins for a family of 4 (absent-mindedly). Next 3 items delivered simultaneously, even though they needed to be brought sequentially. We asked the bearer to take the medium pizza back and bring back after we finish earlier ones. Drinking water was specifically needed to be asked for. Waiters did not smile when requested for some service. The hand wash area is so poorly maintained, taps broken, water leaking on floor etc. This is no longer a fun place to visit with family.
