The post master song with staff members get half their work done like opening new account, closure, calculations on maturity by external agents. They push customers to give incentive to agents and get the process done by them even when they are educated and fit enough to do on their own. Every agent stands in queue with at least 30 -40 books at a time and at least 10 are present every day. General customer can't process mire than 5 books at a time. By the time agents complete only few customer can get chance others return every day. People are yet to get their monthly returns. Post master doesn't cooperate stall, busy to satisfy agents. For ordinary people its difficult agents charge high interest, don't do work in time at times loose nooks/ money so able bodied educated people avoid them. But here coz of post master and his staff people are helpless.
I have sent a registered post with Acknowledgement Due to Addl DGFT,Sastri Bhavan,Chennai-6 on 15.06.2016vide Madhavaram Post office Chennai600051. But till date the letter has not been delivered to the Addressee.
