I went to show on 26..11.2015 @9.00 pm show of movie Katyar Kaljat Ghusali.
One group of viewer talking loudly and their cell phone were always on. Despite our request they continued there act. I complained with theatre authority. However they denied to act as this not their bussiness.
Sound level of in theatre was also very high. I requested operator to reduce it but he denied to do so.
These are the common problem every movie goer face and therefore suffer lot than enjoy the movie.
Does it come under preview of Consumer forum.
