The Professional Couriers claim to be the largest Courier/Logistics/Warehousing company in India (in their phone caller tune).
Regrettable experiences that I had with them were (not just a few) - their complete lack of understanding of the concept of speedy deliveries for which a customer uses a Courier company - loss of packages/Important documents/mis-routing are rampant. Their Regional Customer Service at Bangalore does not even pick up the calls made to her; and their Operations Head sitting at Navi Mumbai - himself is helpless and openly curses his team for their incompetence. Finally it is the customers who are the sufferers - no redressal is given to the customer.

This branch is highly irresponsible and the staff and owner is very arrogant, ill-mannered and unprofessional as they have betrayed me twice and reluctant to pay the claim for my loss despite my paying the additional charges for insurance, packing and express delivery. I am now filing a suit against them in consumer court for false practices and bothering the customer time and again.
