Professional Courier name need to be changed as UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHEATING COMPANY at the outset. the name and service are totally going on opposite direction. In Coonoor they have an office (Franchise) No one is incharge there. The girls have no knowledge and will contact their chief who sits at home only give direction over phone. I received a parcel from Kumbakonam (coffee powder) . A person from Aruvankadu phones me up and collect the parcel from his office. He called himself a sub agent to the Franchise From his office to my residence, by walk 20 minutes say 1.5 km distane. When I asked him why they are not delivering the parcel, he said Hubadhalai is not a service area. When asked as to how your Kumbakonam office had booked when its not a Service area. He says that I should speak to them only. When I refused to accept the parcel if its not delivered, he returned the parcel to Kumbakonam; This mater I took it up with Mr Gani Chairman of Professional Courier Mumbai. He directed the mail to their Chennai Office. The GM of Chennai office, wrote back to Mr Gani that our village is not a service area. When I questioned the GM as to who stipulates the Service area. No response from him. He doesn't have control over the Franchise. The very next week Karur Vysya Bank, Coonoor branch sent a cover containing my net banking pass word. This cover was booked and the same thing had happened i.e. Coonoor sent the cover to Aruvankadu who in turn returned the cover as un served area. I can understand that Kumbakonam Franchise does not know the Coonoor Franchaises service area. But how Coonoor Branch could book the cover at Coonoor itself when Hubadhalai is unserved area according to them.. This was pointed out to the GM as well as Mr Gani Chairman. But no response. Nowadays, the Aruvankadu sub agent does not even call me over phone but return the cover directly.
