Service at Goa is worst. Most of the times the couriers sent from across the country are lying in the offices at Goa and no body bothers to deliver ! Call them and the reply is " Yes your parcel / envelope has arrived 2 days back. No staff to deliver , come and collect your Parcel/ envelope. This is the type of service Professional Courier provides at Goa. I have enough experience dealing with these guys. Stopped dealing with them at Goa. Services at other states is to some extent are OK but 8 out of 10 times the Parcels are opened and items are missing . This happens almost every where. Be Ware...

When compared to other courier services, Professional courier is better. No much bitter experience from them.

Exorbitant shipping charges compared to its competitors and very poor service. No one bothers about the grievance.

aramex and expressbee courier are not trust worthy in case item to be sent urgently.

The Professional Couriers claim to be the largest Courier/Logistics/Warehousing company in India (in their phone caller tune).
Regrettable experiences that I had with them were (not just a few) - their complete lack of understanding of the concept of speedy deliveries for which a customer uses a Courier company - loss of packages/Important documents/mis-routing are rampant. Their Regional Customer Service at Bangalore does not even pick up the calls made to her; and their Operations Head sitting at Navi Mumbai - himself is helpless and openly curses his team for their incompetence. Finally it is the customers who are the sufferers - no redressal is given to the customer.
