sweet packet was couriered on 8 Nov 2015, from Tiruchirappalli to Madurai. Till date it was not delivered. On oral telephone enquiry, it was informed that is on the way for delivery on several occasion. However on registering the complaint in their desk, delivery channel at Madurai, visited the recipient and requested to advice the sender to not to pursue the case. Not only this on several occasion, the delivery unduly delayed. They are engaging temporary casual persons, to do the job. When they failed the courier adopt the technique of visiting the recipient to request them, and otherwise they will lose the job.

Professional Couriers are COMPLETELY Un-Professional...

My wife is a Jewellery Designer and had a silver ornaments raw material parcel couriered from Delhi to Bangalore. The parcel never reached her despite continuous follow-up and tracking with their various departments. Her loss was around Rs. 17,000/- and we have not heard from Professional Couriers ever since.

I think thay should be banned from doing business!

In 2014 around the month of October, I was to receive an official letter with a cheque amounting to Rs.15,000.00 (fifteen thousands) from a friend from Bhimavaram, through Professional Couriers. I did not receive it. After a week a neighbour found an envelope with my name written on it near the main-gate of our complex at Kompally, Secunderabad 500014. From the looks of it, already a few vehicles went over the envelope. Luckily for me the contents were not damaged.

The Professional Couriers Pvt Ltd

The Professional Couriers claim to be the largest Courier/Logistics/Warehousing company in India (in their phone caller tune).
Regrettable experiences that I had with them were (not just a few) - their complete lack of understanding of the concept of speedy deliveries for which a customer uses a Courier company - loss of packages/Important documents/mis-routing are rampant. Their Regional Customer Service at Bangalore does not even pick up the calls made to her; and their Operations Head sitting at Navi Mumbai - himself is helpless and openly curses his team for their incompetence. Finally it is the customers who are the sufferers - no redressal is given to the customer.
