One of the complaint suggested some unethical business practice. The company has been advertising through some Banks like Axis Bank, HDFC bank etc. asking for some special scheme if they buy some product. The special scheme would be mostly free with some shipping charges and promise to deliver in 28 days. However, the complaints shows some thing else. One of the public domain brings out similar complaints. The public domain has listed 731 complaint with just resolved around 90 or so. It seems to have poor communication and complaint redressal. You may need to be very careful while dealing with this company as many complaints even suggesting of suspected fraudulent practices. How the company is advertising with links of banks is also suspected. The link of HDFC bank on which the ad is showing some logo different than the actual logo of the bank shown on their secured website.
