Passport are available within three days now. Passport office staff is supportive, there is no delay.

Very well organised. you need to reach at time alloted to you. If reach earlier you have to wait.
The work processes are stream lined & the entire work was done in a short time. The staff was courteous. Thanks for the experience.
However there was confusion while filling the form for depositing Passport fee which is stated to be in the form of DD. Since all the activities are done online it will be in order to modify the mode of payment of passport fee/ charges to that on line instead of DD. Thanks once again.

PSK Ghaziabad can be organized a bit better. No seating area for people waiting outside the PSK. Chaos once you enter till your get to the waiting area. The process of taking pictures, validating, fee collection is smooth and so is the process of seeing the two passport officials. If you have to see the APO that is a chaotic process as several people jump the queue. APO should also be able to do more instead of referring people to RPO Ghaziabad. The line to deposit your file is chaotic and poorly managed. All in all improvement from what it was without the PSK but identified improvements must be worked upon.
