One of the DIRTIEST station in the country and it is the PUNE Railway Station.
Platform no 1 is the only platform that is bearable to wait on.
Move on to the 2,3,4 & 5 it Stinks. If the trains are running late and you have to wait on these platform is like punishment for some crime . Vendors,beggars,urchins all live on the platforms.
And to top it all the passengers on the trains use the toilets when the train is stationed there and the cleaning is not done after the departure.
Mr Suresh Prabhu will not be able to do anything unless the PRABHU himself does something.

Pune is an important station, but the platforms are not neat and clean. Important trains start from the last platform. The floor of the platform is in very bad shape and needs renovation.

Platform no for a super fast long distance train announced only 10mnts in advance making it nearly impossible to reach the plat form as one of the over bridge is under repair.There is notification about the unavailability of the over bridge making things still worse.Compartment nos not displayed on the platform causing last minute scurrying for locating and catching the comptment.The platforms are dirty and ill maintained
