Had extremely bad experience in trying to get a domicile certificate for my child. In spite of submitting all docs including 10 yrs electricity bills, affidavit, birth certificate from PMC, SLC from a city school, could not get it as I did not approach an agent. I know of my friends having procured such a certificate through agent on payment of lump sum amount. I paid only official fees. So could get only a nationality certificate, which I never needed.

Never had a chance to use such certificates.Hope the services are customer friendly.
