Great - you want to rate something which is Phantom! First of all, it should exist. If exist, it should be in working condition. If toilets can be managed very well in malls, theaters etc - why cant be managed in public place.

POINTS. 1. THE TOILETS ARE VERY VERY LESS COMPARING TO THE POPULATION.2. THE TOILETS ARE VERY VERY DIRTY AND STINKING. 3. MAKE USE OF STAINLESS STEAL URINALS. 4. MAKE COMPULSORY FOR ALL HOTELS AMD MALLS TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT NO OF TOILETS CONSIDERING THE NO OF CUSTOMERS. 5. PLEASE PLEASE PROVIDE EXCLUSIVE TOILETS FOR LADIES.

VERY VERY INADEQUATE. ONE WHICH IS AVAILABLE IS UNUSABLE.

The less said, the better... I feel ashamed to allow myself to use these..
