Punjab National Bank

Punjab National Bank Rainagar Branch, Sukanta Bhavan Kolkata -700070 is the worst branch I have come across. No staff especially the manager stays in the branch longer than 6 months. The staff is discourteous arrogant and unhelpful. You can never get your job done in one go. At least three visits are necessary. For TDS certificates they ask you to submit written application. Just a horrible branch.

Staff is ever exhausted and mostly take your patience out. Few exceptions are also there.
