Services are not responsive properly.

ATMS ARE RARELY IN WORKING ORDER.

Ghaziabad Nehru Nagar branch staff is doing hard work and we appreciate that.
At the same time on 19/11/16 the day was for senior citizens only as per govt. communication.But it was worse than before as no. of queues only increased and old people like me had physically very hard time. I am not sure if bank was responsible or govt. had failed to publish clear cut instructions?

Though I am an account holder of Punjab National Bank for over 3 decades but never felt satisfied with their poor service. Not only that its behaviour towards the account holders lacks responsibility and accountably. For example I had purchased PNB World Travel USD card before my visit to USA . I was assured that the dollar card would be valid at all points of sale etc. But after landing in USA I found that no transaction could be made with the card at any point of sale or hotel. The matter was immediately reported at the card issuing branch from where it was referred to seniors but there was no reply or relief to me while I had to pass my time in USA with the useless card. One could imagine a sense of irresponsibility and unaccountability of the bank when he is in a foreign land far away from home with a very meagre money. After returning from the state when I took up the matter, initially there was no reply to my complaint and I had to take up the matter with Bank ombudsman where the bank took the plea that the card needed PIN, which was never given to me. Some how Ombudsman sided with the bank and did not care to see the irresponsible and unaccountable act on the part of the bank that it did not issue a pin with the card in the first instance and even after the matter was reported while I continued to stay in the USA.

Unfriendly, manipulating and poor service provided by the staff of Sector 27 Branch of Noida. I had purchased a World Travel USD card for use at all POSs in USA. But, that was invalid at all points of sale. Despite complaints no solution provided.

There are three ATMs of PNB in Kaushambi. Two of them are often off, no cash / no net connectivity

Excellent commitment by the staff of PNB Vikas Puri, Uttam Nagar Branch during the first few days. But later on some of the officers were discouraging other colleagues were ready to work beyond the duty hours.

I could withdraw cash twice during the last week from PNB,Uttam nagar Road, Vikas Puri Branch.There was hardly any quee. Branch is also allowing full permissible withdrawal limit.
Most of the Bank employees had been good during the demonetization except a few oldiees,possibly union activities who were reluctant to deal with unprecedented situation.
