Pnb's customer satisfaction is zero. Even anyone can find its employees anytime while fighting with each other. No sense to talk with customers.
Only one star rating becz of online services are good til now.

Excellent Service

The service is good. Their consumer complaint redressal system is also pretty good with scope of further improvement in email complaint responding.

The ATM in Sector 37 branch is in pathetic condition. Most of the time the card reader does not work properly. Many a times, it is found defective.

While the banking service is very good, it is the ATM which needs much improvement. Most of the time ATMs are out of cash or out of order or its card reader is not working. It is for the ATM rating is being done.
