Hindustan Lever the multinational introduced Pureit model MO5 for households.They claimed the filter will provide pure water free from bacteria and virus.The filter has to be changed as per the indication instructions.They advertised that if any one proves their filter water is not free of bacteria and virus,the company will pay Rs.1 croe..They were providing the filters through authorised service agents.Now when I contact the company or agent,they are not providing the filter as the model is discontinued..The company has to provide the filter or facilitate to change the model.The company is not doing this alsoThis is deficiency of service
