Pathetic is the only word that can be used for this. This company is out to just collect money from public, and not provide any service in return.

Never for service from RACE. It is a cheat company and most Third rate ! I had availed the service of RACE. I called them one morning at 7:20 a.m. as my car had a flat tyre. They assured to attend in 30 minutes time. Thereafter I called them after 30 minutes to check the status. They informed that the mechanic has already left for my place and that will be available attending me in 5 minutes. I kept calling till 8:40 am but no one turned up. At 8:40 am they informed that the mechanic was not available and that they would not be able to attend me in another at least 30 minutes. I was surprised ! This was something not believable. I asked them to refund my money which I had paid them. They confirmed to return the money back. But even after one year despite followup they did not return any payment.
BEWARE OF RACE. DO NOT AVAIL THEIR SERVICE. A CHEAT COMPANY

Yes I agree experience has not been good. I infact cancil my membership.

They are cheaters. Never stick to their promise. A definite No No

They are exactly opposite of their name, too bad, pls don't buy their membership...
