Railway Coaches and wagons

Railways should forthwith remove 3 tier coaches,a/c or non a/c, if Mr. Shashi Tharoor's comment on travellers by Indian trains is to be disproved. Half the problem of unclean conditions of coaches will be solved with this step.

It is suggested that non a/c 2 tier coaches should be introduced as in the past and gradually the 3 tier coaches ( both a/c and non a/c) should be totally replaced commensurate with the improvement of living conditions of people during last 50 years.

Earlier there was the proposal for inviting reputed hotels and caterers services in the city for railway compartments to serve better, fresh and hygiene foods to the passengers. To utilize such services, either city wise contact numbers be flashed in all the compartments or contact list of such services be available with TTEs and/or RPF.

There is a train - Hyderabad - Parbhani passenger, which is given least priority for everything - cleanliness, security, punctuality, sequence of coaches, sudden changes in platforms, extraordinary late arrivals, and so on.... Hope the railways gives importance to all trains and all passengers

The conditions of coaches are worst and toilets are uncleaned and giving bad smell and irritating the passengers. Seats (so called berths) are worst and PM of India is dreaming to take India to forward but coaches of India in the backward condition.

I am a regular user of train and weekly going to Tirunelveli by Nellai Express. The conditions of coaches are worst and toilets are uncleaned and giving bad smell and irritating the passengers. I use to travel by Nellai Express (12631) every Sunday and the condition of coaches are pathetic and the sanitation of toilets will be worst and bad smell use to come from the toilets and we use to feel bad to sit in 1and 72 no of seats/berths.

When railway minister or PM are trying to ambiance of trains they coaches which passengers like us are traveling are not upto the standard. Seats are not good and not providing comforts to the passengers. Max coaches are in a aged condition and need modernization with chargers, holders for mobiles, water bottle holders and hangers etc. Climbing to berths will be a task to everyone and side berths are not lengthy to tall peoples like me. Time to change.
