JVVNL,Rambagh Zone B-III:Surprised to see the bill as charges which were rectified for about 3.5 years back are again demanded after 3.5 years.The administration is deaf,dumb and blind.I have destroyed all the records after 3 years which was with me.Every claim has period of limitation.Can any one guide and advise me as how I have to proceed further.
