The train gets packed with season ticket travellers and office going crowd on both the direction. It's a huge task for long distance passengers to board the train because of the crowded doors of sleeper class compartments especially when you travel with luggage and kids. Once you manage to board the train it's another task to reach the seat. Nothing against the season ticket holders but There has to be a system in place to control this inconvenience to long distance passengers. In the return direction, the same effect starts from Palakkad. Imagine the plight of passengers to reach the door with luggage
