While the company is stating to be in the business of selling tyres through their online portal, the complaints as received is indicative of fraudulent business. The customer places an order online and pay the money through the online payment system and then the company after attending few calss become unresponsive. One of the public domain list out some 53 complaints and also states that the company is not contactable. Most of the complaints are suggesting the similar modus operandii. One of the consumer from Daman informed that the help of his friend in Delhi was taken to visit the address as stated in their website. As reported there is no such company in the stated address.
One complaint is quoted: "I have registered a complaint before saying I didn't receive my order with order number TOW14542Nov65593 I got a cal after that saying your complaint is going to be resolved from +91 7053-899381 and +91 7289-914819 this number!! He asked for card details and one time password was send so he asked that also as a part of confirmation and after that 1500rs was deducted from my account!!! And he asked for password again and I didn't say it.finally he said it was a fraud.i lost my money :(..." Another consumer who placed order on 13/06/2015 still struggling to get the product or refund of the amount of Rs. 18,711/- and the company is unresponsive to the calls.
