The corporation authority seems to be totally negligent in providing adequate drainage network for disposal of regular and storm water, resulting in flooding of localities during normal rains. The root cause lies in insufficient waterway in culverts across the roads which connect the two ends of roadside drains/Nalas. These culverts need to be reconstructed with increased span together with regular cleaning of drains. A detailed project is needed for creating a Swachh lucknow.
