This organisation takes consumers for granted. opted for plan 699, after few months services detiriorated, and harrasment by calls and sms about reminders for payments, lastly opted for MNP, since, they cancelled outgoing calls without any info, then they came pleaded and reinstated, clearly informed them not to do so, as for peanuts of rs.699, wont run away. Again, in the month of june, came another jolt, have to pay advance one month payment, this too without any information and notice, only paid what is agreed and due, they cancelled outgoing calls and started reminders harrasment again. then took it up with their consumer appellate cell and am told to forcibly pay the amount, as they cannot revise the bill and have to pay the full amount to avail services + change the plan as they wanted, to adjust in upcoming bills...why this harrasment, could not understand ! as since, my OTP of bank accounts are mapped to this number, had to pay forcibly. advice me how to take them to consumer court as not a single bill in 3 years been paid late by me and still this way of treating customers is disgusting.
