I made a grave mistake to port into reliance communications network. Its been 6 months and I have been desperately trying to port to vodaphone, in the hope that I will get good service even though it charges higher

I made a grave mistake to port into reliance communications network. Its been 6 months and I have been desperately trying to port to airtel, in the hope that I will get good service even though it charges higher, but reliance covertly doesnt allow you to port out. No reasons are sited, they just let the 15 days porting code validity expire. Tried 3 times. And customer service response is very poor too. They just dodge issues ..... Its one way ticket to hell ......

Since 2007 I am using the services. It has been very good those days but now I am living with it as they dont give me the portal. Tried four times. No signal. Lot of complaints from friends that the response is dead and switched Off.

Frequent call drops.Poor customer care response.
Complaints are closed without being addressed.
