Reliance GSM has very bad network at most of the locations and even go to roaming due to low network. Kindly improve your infrastructure.

Do not buy any product of Reliance Communication. They are really big cheaters in every aspects. Such as Bill amount / Network issues / Bad Customer care response / Following very harshly regarding bill payments / Payment Collections through manner less agencies who are not keeping track of your bill payment and repeatedly calling you for bill payment even after bills paid. / If you wish to discontinue any reliance service after paying all their dues. They are not doing this procedure smoothly.

Do NOT buy Reliance Wi-Pod device (For Wireless internet). It's waste of money. They guarantee you 14.7 Mbps speed, but in reality you will get 20 kbps speed only. Even after complaining to their customer care & appellate Authority they don't take any action. They will ask you stop services & you will end up in paying the device cost, as they won't refund the cost of device. Even a single star is to much for them.
