Over 3 separate occasions I have found that the promotions written on the counters/ products are not applied at the checkout. So always check and recheck your final bill before paying - don't just believe what the check out employee is giving you. Many times the checkout counter point of sale machines have NOT been updated with the scheme and are charging full price. There is always a problem updating your reliance points. So many occasions I have found that they do not update the reliance points collected during the previous visits. This is a regular phenomenon. After a few visits and a number of large electronics purchases I got fed up and have stopped shopping at Reliance. They seem to have Chinese products and a cheap/ dont care about the customer attitude. I prefer Chroma, at least they dont do these kind of shady things and their support has been awesome (i had a problem with a Bosch dishwasher - IFB was not supporting but Chroma gave me an immediate refund because of my problems)
