not proper customer service center

Now it is called Independent TV. They promised all the channels including HD when they took over from Reliance. They took long time to give connection and then after some time giving reference to some vague guidelines from TRAI first stopped all HD channels and then all english channels. Even in Hindi channels, they have some dispute with Zee & Colors so we see DD, Sony and Star Plus channels only. Customer support is awful. First of all it is extremely difficult to get thru. After that you hear only "sorry" and when you insist on talking to supervisor they never connect. Now they have a number which promises a call back but no body ever calls. I have already paid for a year. I will never renew again with this kind of service.

During last two to three months more than 6 channels I cannot see properly, there is a message that inconvenience is regretted weather conditions is affected the service. But how many days it affected, even there is no rain, no cloudy climate the DTH service is affected. May I know which is the reason ?
