Reliance Jio

jio network is good at my work place but it is not up to the mark inside the multi stories residential complex like Rohini where I have observed reported tp service provider also but results are awaited.

With the great hope I took a connection of Jio mobile services and faced not network at my residence. In December 2016 Jio confirmed that network improvement will happen by end of March 2017 but It totally failed. It only wanted its committed revenue that I did not agree and requested for termination. It confirmed action taken on my request.

Jio also least bothered to respond to queries raised by email.

data speed is good i am able to communicate at the basement in an multistory buildings.

The company has made rapid strides in the industry, whereas the infrastructure is poor. Most of the times the calls do not materialise, data connectivity is erratic. Unless they improve their supporting technicals commensurate with the mass base they have derived they may become also ran category soon

The speed is good in some places no signals. they are doing one of the best service...
