housing s. society is located on
gandhinagarkolavada
road. After getting our dastavej we have applied for Record of
Right (Gam Namuna No.6), which is most important document for us. Some of our
Kachi Nondh No. are 14607, 14608, 14580, 14585, 14608, 14593, 14587,14567,
14569,14568, 14602, 14579, 14594, 14582. We have provided all the necessary
documents asked by EDhara
Kendra. We have visited several times to edhara
kendra
to know the process update. but we are not getting a clear picture of what we need to
do where is the file stuck. We are not experts in land revenue area but we know that
all process done by us is authentic as per guidelines of revenue department. Recently
our application get rejected asking Ekatrikaran of our land not made, so its not
possible to get the Hakkpatrak. but our main question is: 1)NA, noc , guda's
construction permission all relavent document clear based on that only our land
agreement happened. Even Grampanchayat also done Aakarani to each of our home.
2)Is this our duty to do ekatrikaran? if without ekatrikran, NA,NOC,BU permission
everything can done then why not hakkpatrak? so why not the Hakkpatrak(record of
right) can not happen in our name? Kindly help us in clear this small but very
important matter for a 44 blocks of society, for which this mutuation process is
